Exchange Policies
Returning
an item-
You may return an item that was purchased online* within
30 (thirty) days of the purchase date with
your receipt(s). The item must be in original packaging
and must be returned in the same condition at the time of
purchase (with the exceptions to possible defective items
- see below information on defective items). You are responsible
for getting the item back to us within the time frame mentioned.
When returning
an item please include all the receipts that were sent with
the item and the reason for returning the item. Also include
a phone number (with area code) where you can be reached
in case of any follow up questions arise.

(Between January 1 and March 31, please send all returns via US Postal Service.
Returns shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other private carrier cannot be delivered during this time.)
Exchanging
an item-
If you need to exchange an item that you purchased online*
(example- for a different size, etc) please send a check
or credit card information to cover the $7.00 exchange fee
and send the item back to the address shown above C/O Exchanges
and please include the following:
1. Your receipts (clear photo copies are okay).
2. A note stating what you want for a new size instead.
3. Phone number (with area code) where you can be reached.
4. A check (or credit card information to charge your card)
for $7.00- exchange fee.
5. Your complete return address with physical street address.
NOTE- The $7.00 exchange fee covers getting
the new item back to you. You may want to call 1-207-288-3904
before returning the item so we can check availability and
have the item ready when your package arrives.
Defective
Items-
Please call us at 1-207-288-3904 if you feel the item you
received was defective merchandise. We will handle defective
items on an individual basis as the need arises.
*Online
Purchases-
Online purchases only have the 30 (thirty)
day return policy. Items bought at the Bar Harbor store
location need to be returned within 7 days with receipts
and original packaging. No refunds on Sale items!
If you
need to return items bought at other store locations, please
call the store directly. Each store is independently owned and
operated.
