If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item bought online within 30 days for a full refund or, if you prefer, store credit. Exchanges You may exchange any item purchased online within 30 days for a $7 charge to cover shipping and handling. We recommend you call us in advance so we can check that we have the item you're requesting in stock and get your credit card info. Send the original item and its receipt, along with your physical street address and daytime phone number to: Defective items Please call us at 1-855-350-COOL (2665) if the item we shipped is defective. We will exchange the item or issue a full refund plus shipping cost. We handle defective items on an individual basis.
